Director of Investments

Kevin is the Director of Investments at ATX. Previously, he served as Director of Acquisitions at American Campus Communities where he handled acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management after their $13B take-private exit to Blackstone. Prior to ACC, he was the Director of Acquisitions for a middle-market conventional and senior housing developer and a commercial real estate broker advising on a range of product types in AZ. Kevin is a graduate from Arizona State University where he studied Entrepreneurship, Public Policy, and Real Estate.
