Rachel has significant sponsor experience, growing AUM to over two billion dollars and has returned over one billion dollars to investors. Rachel’s expertise includes acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio management, capital markets, accounting, and risk management. Prior, she spent twelve years at PwC auditing and advising investment management, real estate and hospitality clients including hotel owners, operators and franchisers, REITs and investment funds; following which she was CFO of a multi-billion-dollar public company subsidiary, where she oversaw the spin-off and public listing of two companies. Rachel has a B.A. from Emory University and a Masters from the University of Texas at Austin, and she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
